Nice historic spot
La Posada HotelThis is a good, dog friendly spot. Lovely historic hotel with a train depot. Lots of lawn to walk the dog. Also, there are several lovely gardens to enjoy. Winslow is also dog friendly so you can take your pet out with you (at least to eat outside).

Great place in Champaign
Hilton Garden Inn Champaign UrbanaThis hotel is sparkling clean and extremely pet friendly! Looks like it is practically brand new. Nice room and decor, nice bathroom with a great shower! Nice restaurant and bar in the lobby. Definitely will stay here again!

Excellent stay
ARRIVE MemphisThis was our second time staying here and it was the same nice experience. The staff are extremely friendly and they are very dog friendly, even with our giant dog. Definitely a boutique hotel with great room design and decor. Just a short walk to a park overlooking the Mississippi River - perfect for exercising the dog. There’s also a small park space right across the street at the fire station for a quick dog walk. The lobby is a coffee shop/bakery and bar with comfy conversational areas.

Nice place
Best Western Santa FeWe had an updated 1st floor room close to the small dog walk area. The room was quiet even though the hotel is right off of I-40. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

Very good stay
La Quinta by Wyndham St. Louis WestportThis hotel is nicely decorated and very clean. Friendly and efficient staff. Restaurants are not plentiful within walking distance, but close by with a short drive. Good place for exercising the dog.

Very dog friendly
Staybridge Suites Amarillo - Western Crossing an IHG HotelWe stayed there with our large dog and they gave us a first floor room close to the door leading to the dog walk area which is appropriately equipped with bags and trash can. The room was clean and quiet.

Good place to stay
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Marion Northeast an IHG HotelThis place has friendly staff, clean rooms, and efficient service. The location is great- near lots of restaurants and other services. We would definitely stay here again.

Good option
Fairfield Inn & Suites EffinghamIt was a bad travel day and busy night. The accommodations were great, but the check in late in the day took a really long time. They were very pet friendly, though.
