Baymont by Wyndham DavenportNice staff but old hotel and pet-friendly rooms were on 3rd and 4th floors, so had to use stairs or elevator.

Clean and convenient
Americas Best Value Inn St. Clairsville WheelingI was a bit nervous based on the outdated pictures of the hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, we could walk right in (no stairs or hallways) and there was a grassy area right out front.
