Not reliable

I contacted Rose in early July to schedule an overnight stay with my two dogs in late August. She said she was available so I scheduled two meetings (basically for the dogs and her to meet and make sure everyone was comfortable with each other). Everything seemed fine, and she put me on her schedule and gave me a contract showing me what she would do during her stay. Tonight, two weeks before the overnight stay, she called to cancel, saying she was slammed and had too many other pet sitting obligations to come for her scheduled stay! Since it is the height of vacation season, it has been hard to find a replacement. Moreover, I wasted the money on the meet and greets since I wouldn't have needed them if I knew she wasn't available. I am very disappointed and disgusted by her unreliable behavior.
