Holiday Inn Express Little Rock Airport an IHG HotelMonique at the front desk had a warm and positive way about her, handling a busy front desk with grace and professionalism. Well done to Monique!

Poorest HI Express ever
Holiday Inn Express & Suites East Amarillo an IHG HotelGenerally love the Express properties. Not this one. Staff lazy and unhelpful. Outside landscape reprehensible with grass clearly not mowed for several weeks. Construction dust smell permeates the property. Needs new manager to put new attitude in place and property maintenance up to Express standards. Independent review in order.
