Clean and quiet but....
Days Inn by Wyndham Lexington SoutheastThe room itself was beyond adequate and well worth the money. Had all the normal conveniences of a hotel room with hairdryer, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The problem is their housekeepers seem to be on the less than honest side.
Upon returning home I realized (the same afternoon as checking out) that my dog's favorite "baby" had been left behind inadvertently. I immediately called and explained the dilemma to the front desk and asked if housekeeping had turned it in. He checked and no. Nothing was in lost and found but a charger and a game controller. Hmmmmmm. Imagine that. After leaving my phone number and again giving the room I had been in I thanked him and told him I'd be more than willing to provide shipping and a tip for him when found. Nothing. So housekeeping either kept the stuffed animal for themselves or they just threw it in the trash. Not cool. So. Two bones for the room. Minus three for dishonesty and/or disregard. Can't imagine how bad the situation would be if it were my child's and not my dog's toy. I feel horrible enough as it is. Won't be back.

Nothing Fancy-But works
Econo LodgeThis is just a small hotel that is not fancy at all. Needs updates. But is relatively clean and definitely quiet. Owners are helpful and friendly. Cheap enough for what it is. If you want five star accommodations the. This isn't for you. But the price should clue you in to that fact over any review around. This is a step above getting what you pay for.

Good room... Great Price
Red Roof Inn Winchester VAStayed overnight here due to huge traffic delay on Interstate. Booked easily thru BringFido and arrived an hour later. Room was very clean, linens were nice, and it was quiet. Although we chose not to get a deluxe room, our room did have a coffee maker in it, which was a bonus. Would recommend.
