RUN, Run & run!
Fredericksburg Dog ParkWe visit Fredericksburg frequently with our fur baby. As we generally stay in a hotel, visiting the dog park is a twice daily necessity. The 5 acre dog park is well appointed with separate areas for large and small dogs, waste stations, benches and shade trees. Having a safe place for her to be able to run and play to her heart’s content is a great thing!

Great staff
Paws & Claws Pet ResortWe used the doggie daycare services at Paws and Claws, during our recent visit to Fredericksburg.
The facility is a traditional boarding type setup with each kennel having indoor / outdoor access and a communal outdoor yard every few kennels.
There was also a small indoor play area for small dogs, located near the front desk.
The facility was clean and the staff friendly.
It gave us gave us peace of mind knowing that our girl wasn’t alone in a rental while we were out enjoying the sites.
Friendship Veterinarian clinic is next door for vaccinations or other services should they be needed.
