Fabulous staff
Grand Canyon Plaza HotelHotel is a bit dated but still a great location. Close to pet friendly restaurants and not far from downtown (which i highly recommend). Love that they had a washer/dryer. Fireplace in room was a bonus and used every minute we were in the room.

Just ok
The Northern Pines Restaurantthe outside patio is good. they did not bring my dog a water bowl or offer to. our waitress was “spicy” in her dialog with us but did not follow up on simple requests made to her like”ketchup please”. The food was ok. my husbands French onion soup came topped with not yet melted cheese. The fries are great!
