Adequate
West Inn & SuitesPictures didn’t match the real appearance of hotel. Placed in room with wallpaper coming off the walls. Bed was elevated to prevent dogs from jumping on. Dangerously high that would injure some pets. Customer service was fine and plenty of grass areas for dogs in the perimeter. However, beware the hotel is located near railroad where trains transit loudly on occasion. Lastly, only place I’ve ever stayed at where CA penal code is posted on front desk warning all pet owners not to LIE about them being service dogs. Not very trusting and a charge of $75 extra when hotel is outdated and worn simply doesn’t warrant this price. Just my two cents. Will stay elsewhere next time.
