Staff and maintenance issues
La Quinta by Wyndham FlorenceWe always stay at La Quinta in Florence SC with our fur baby. Usually I'm very satisfied. Last night we had trouble with the TV. I tried to call the front desk numerous times, and no one answered. I got so frustrated I went down to the office. The guy working said he's too busy to answer the phone. Said he was the only person working! This was New Years Eve night. He said a tech would need to fix my TV and they aren't in.
I know there is an employee shortage, but where was a Manager? Also the drawer next to the bed, kept constantly opening. It would not stay shut. The Hotel definitely needs some TLC in cleanliness and maintenance.

Sheraton Charlotte Airport HotelVery gorgeous hotel, clean, nice check in staff. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because the room smelled of dog and smoke.
