In spite of founding a non-profit, I love my time away with my canine and feline colleagues. Max is a Pyrenees mix with a heart of gold, a kind demeanor, and an effective therapy dog. He requires polite behavior and understands civility. Bubs is Max's companion cat and while not an outdoor cat, is quite spirited and shares stories with us.

Excellent Camping Experience
Crazy Horse CampgroundIt was our second campground with our trailer and pets. And, it was great! VERY pet friendly. Max loved the whole experience and we all were comfortable. The owners were warm and friendly and experienced in ensuring all of us enjoyed our time. We especially loved walking by the pond, especially early in the morning. Highly recommend!

Excellent Camping Experience
Moose River CampgroundMoose River is in a fabulous location near everything we would want to do. We visited Dog Mountain almost daily! Moose River is truly pet-friendly with owners and guests who appreciate well-behaved pets. They are also friendly, offering as much social or private time as desired. It was quiet, clean, very well-maintained. The location is prime and I can't wait to go back and visit!
