Great place for the pups!
Tin Whiskey Southern Kitchen & StillWe needed to find place to meet some old friends who were visiting FL - and Cocoa was about the halfway point. I found the Tin Whiskey on BringFido, checked the reviews, pictures and menu and decided to give it a shot. The place if fabulous! friendly staff, very conscious of the dog's comfort (yay MacKenzie!). The other diners were fabulous and all dogs were well behaved. Food was terrific too! Wish it weren't an hour away from us, but we will be back!

Great people watching
Tubby's Seafood River StreetWe've been to Tubby's a number of times with our pup. Always a great time, but best if you get a table on the balcony so that you can people watch!

Stopped for a beer
Moon River Brewing CompanyWe arrived in Savannah yesterday at 3:00 - stopped on our initial walk for a beer at Moon River. The staff were very considerate of our pup, brought him water and sat us in the shade. Other pups arrived - all well behaved. To top it off, the beer was terrific!

Room was great
La Quinta by Wyndham Orlando Lake MaryThe room was great - no carpet, so perfect from that standpoint. I did not love the people smoking at the doorway - being close to the doorway was great for letting the pup out, but there were people smoking right at the doorway - even leaning on the door - each night. Not sure we'd stay there again. Could even smell the smoke from our room, in a non-smoking hotel.

Needs Renovations
Ramada by Wyndham WalterboroWe booked our reservation for a night at the Ramada in Walterboro on short notice to evacuate ahead of Hurricane Dorian. BringFido was great, and we were looking for a location that was available, safe, and not too far from home, and we got that. We will never stay there again. The room smelled of stale beer or pee, the furniture was worn and showed damage, the bedding was stained. Even the dog wanted out. They did have a very good grassy area for the dogs, but that's not enough to make up for the rest. Even the light fixture in the bathroom was broken. They do get points since I don't think there were bedbugs. Just awful, knock it down and start over - but keep the grassy area.
