Nothing special, but still good
Sheraton Niagara FallsThere wasn’t really a great area for him to run around or use the bathroom, but there are some grassy areas in the back for dogs. 3 stars because we definitely reserved a “concierge level room” but they only gave us 2nd floor. They said the only pet-friendly floor is 2nd floor, even though we couldn’t find anything about that online when we booked the reservation. We were really hoping for a better view. And the hotel itself is just old. Also. Niagara Falls New York... the city... is just not that great. Very run down and there were homeless people begging outside and looking into cars. I let the hotel staff know and they went out to make them leave. So the hotel staff is actually pretty proactive and helpful. Nice to be close to the park. And they have a great pool open right now during COVID, and a Starbucks connected to the hotel. Super awesome.
Loved our stay
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel PortlandNothing to complain about. The hotel itself was nice, and they took great care of our puppy. Love that they have a fenced in dog park. It might be small, but it’s better than a lot of hotels out there!
Nothing special
Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square PhiladelphiaThe hotel had a long list of ways they take care of your dog. A LONG list. And if all those things were true, it would be so amazing! Honestly that’s why we booked this hotel. The hotel website and the app list things like “luxury self heating dog beds, treats, and dog bowls will be provided” and that there will be a list of dog parks and dog friendly restaurants provided for you. But none of that was given to us even after we specifically requested them. Maybe it was just the staff working that day. But for us... it was a hugeeee bummer. Because we picked the hotel due to the way they advertised taking care of our dog.
