Great staff and amenities

The staff is very responsive to all requests, including quickly getting a microwave and refrigerator for the room. The room was generally quiet and comfortable.

Friendly staff, but not tech savvy

I have stayed here twice in the last 3 weeks. Rooms are comfortable and reasonably quiet. I enjoy being able to travel with my cat.

During the most recent stay, the online cable program guide was not displaying all available channels, making it difficult to choose what to watch. There was no one around over the weekend who could address the issue, and the people who were there just shrugged their shoulders.
