Friendly and Convenient
Gallagher's Travels Bar Harbor Motel & CabinsThey called ahead to make sure that someone would be around when we arrived and then promptly checked us in. There were many other dogs there as well so was popular with the pups! Location is great being close to the Hull Cove entrance and out of town a bit so not so much traffic. Also, Chart Room and the beach nearby were within walking distance and less busy than the crowded restaurants in Bar Harbor.

Best of the best
Hotel Van ZandtWe did a 10-day cross-country road trip and this was the best stop along the way. The hotel is large with plenty of space at happy hour where Lola was much loved by staff and guests alike. The room had impressive views of downtown Austin and fantastic access to Rainey street and best of all the miles and miles of walking trails. Lola enjoyed a 7-mile walk round trip from the hotel and never had to cross a busy street!

In the heart of the city of love
Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia an IHG HotelLola loved happy hour and all the new faces to lick. Met a lot of friendly staff and guests. Hotel has great access to museums and restaurants, all within walking distance. Not a ton of grassy areas in this part of the city but close to the Parkway for access to grass and nice long walks.

In the middle of the historical downtown
Lorien Hotel & SpaLocation was near many restaurants and bars and a nice walk to the riverfront. There’s a pet store that’s close and worth a stop and we liked having a room tucked away in the back so she wouldn’t bark as much from the noise.

Direct access to river walk
Best Western Plus Coastline InnThere’s a nice grassy area in the back of the hotel that leads right to the river walk. We arrived too late and left too early to try any dog friendly spots but there’s a dog friendly coffee shop that’s really close!

Walkable Location
Kimpton Brice Hotel an IHG HotelLocation was walking distance to the river walk and all the parks. There are dog bakeries all over town and guest and staff alike loved having Lola around.

Great Staff but Not So Great Rooms
Aloft Tallahassee DowntownWe had a smell issue in our first room so we're moved with no problem (thanks to the great staff!) but then there was a false fire alarm around 7AM, which wasn't great to wake up to especially with a dog. Otherwise, they provided Lola with a goody bag and let her hang out with us for dinner and drinks so really pet friendly!

Standard Best Western Experience
Best Western Dos RiosClean, comfortable and decent breakfast but not many areas to exercise your dog although its because its close to the highway.

Convenient Christmas Stay
Aloft El Paso DowntownWe stayed one night on Christmas Day as we were moving across country. The bar was open with plenty of dog-friendly seating so were able to get dinner when everything else was closed and did not have to leave our dog in the room. Room, staff, and dog-friendliness were all above expectations.
