Odorous cheap hotel

I recommend avoiding this hotel. Most of the occupied rooms appeared to be rented by social services or have long term residents. One resident hung out in the lobby with his 80 pound pit bull that jumped on my 9 year old. At any time of day, at least one resident would be smoking just outside of the door. The front lobby smelled of cigarettes. When we exited the elevator, we meet the stench of the trash room. The kitchen floor was sticky with a tan film that I cleaned up with the bath towels and water. When I phoned the front desk to request the dish package that the instructions said would be delivered, I was instructed to come to the front desk to sign it out.
