Best view in town

This restaurant is super dog friendly and is located right at the water's edge atop a tall cliff. The views and sound of the surf make this a very nice place to dine. The food is excellent, but be aware that, at least the night we were there, we were given the patio menu which is more of a happy-hour menu.
