Needs Improvement
Red Roof Inn Monteagle I-24They are working on updating this hotel so the carpet is gone but the beds and pillows are old as is the decor. There was a big hole in the wall for the toilet plumbing and our first room smelled so bad we had to change rooms. If they keep updating then maybe it will improve. They're also away from everything but the highway so you hear it all night if you get a room on the backside. I love the no pet fee but will stay where there is a fee and at a better facility next time.

Perfect!
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham DothanGreat pet friendly hotel. Beautiful decor and rooms, grassy areas with waste pickup stations, dog bones in the lobby, great HOT breakfast and the staff were all awesome. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again!

Bad choice for us
Wingate by Wyndham Memphis EastThere wasn't any breakfast as indicated when I made the reservation. The rooms need updated, the bathroom tub faucet had a hole around it. The vending machine was almost empty with few selections AND overpriced items. The ice machine was turned off. Advertised as pet friendly and there are almost no grassy areas and it's in a not so good part of town so you can't just take your dog off property for a walk. The only thing good was the bed, it was comfortable and fairly new.

Great Stay!
La Quinta by Wyndham McDonoughThe hotel is new and beautiful. Breakfast was terrification, rooms clean and quiet. My only complaint is regarding the pet owners who don't clean up their pet mess outside. There are poo bags and a receptacle so there's no excuse.
