Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rapid CityStayed at this hotel twice? 1st time was okay, place was mostly clean and had no issues. Fast forward 2 years later, showed up and checked in. First room they gave us was not service at all. Sheets were not made and the previous guests trash was still on countertops and tabletops. The reprogrammed my card for a different room. The second room had guests in it and I had to apologize for walking in on them. They were booked out. We end up having to pay a premium at another hotel 10 min west of it as it was a busy weekend. Never again will I stay with this hotel and maybe not a Wyndham again.

Great Service/Room
Sonesta ES Suites Anaheim Resort AreaThe hotel had a very generous pet policy compared to some others in the area. We were allowed to leave the dog in the room unattended. They also had a special pet magnet to put on the door to ensure the housekeeping staff knew we had a dog and therefore would not come into the room. If I had to stay in the area again, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.
