Great location, Room Not So Clean
Staybridge Suites Charlotte Ballantyne an IHG HotelThe hotel is in a great area with plenty of walking and outdoor/patio dining options to bring your pet (weather permitting, of course), but the room lacked basic cleanliness that cannot be attributed to covid measures. There was food on the carpet and when I went through the room with some wipes, it was like I was cleaning it for the first time in a long time. The hotel asks that you put used towels and trash in the hallway when you check out, and we couldn't help but wonder if they just weren't cleaning the rooms like they (hopefully) used to. For the high pet fee and the room charge, we expected better. The gentleman at the front desk couldn't have been nicer, though.

Very quiet
Homewood Suites by Hilton Harrisburg-West Hershey AreaThe hotel was very quiet and the room was nice and large. Lots of grassy area around to walk pets.

Helpful front desk staff!
Homewood Suites by Hilton Bonita SpringsThe bed was very uncomfortable and the room temp control was finicky at best (with blowing fans right next to bed), but missing a good night sleep over the course of the week notwithstanding, our stay was made so much happier by the fact that the front desk staff could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. They switched our room as soon as they could, and always had a smile for us in the lobby. Our dog was allowed in the pool deck area, which made it so much more fun to go to the pool for a bit. There is a strip of lawn to walk the pup, but there are also some areas right around the hotel to take a longer walk. Best part—it’s 15 minutes to the Bonita Beach Dog Beach!

Best Residence Inn Ever!
Residence Inn by Marriott St. Petersburg Treasure IslandOur family traveled to St Pete Beach with our 70-lb furry friend and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Right on the water and easily drivable to Fort Desoto and Pass a Grill dog beaches. Everyone was super nice. I would highly recommend this property. We can’t wait to go back.
