Home2 Suites by Hilton Kansas City Ku Medical CenterWe were there for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived, the room we were given had been inhabited by someone who smoked (non smoking hotel). When we went and talked to the front desk we were given a different room. This one was much better- no cigarette smell. The room was designed nicely and was clean. It was not serviced on our full day there, so coffee and supplies were not replenished. Overall though, the stay was pleasant.

Good location for us
La Quinta by Wyndham Columbus State UniversityWe stayed at LaQuinta for 8 days. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the rooms were clean. We had a king suite so our dogs had room to move about. The only downside to the room was there were not enough lights in the room. The long counter by the windows should have a lamp on it as well.
