Great stay
Howard Johnson by Wyndham BangorThe room was perfect for us and our 3 pets: it was roomy and clean, and the bed was comfy. We were also happy that the pet fee was reasonable! There is a big grassy field right behind the hotel that is great for walking dogs after a long car ride. The only thing I’d suggest is a trash receptacle out back for poop bags. I didn’t want to leave ours in the extremely full one at the front door (that smell is not something any hotel guests should have to encounter as they come and go), and I’d have liked a better option than squeezing through a partly closed gate to get it into an empty dumpster.

Great spot, good breakfast!
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rock HillVery nice, new hotel, with good dog walking areas around it. Only negative was finding a couple of small stray plastic items in the corner by the bed when we arrived. Wasn’t a problem for our dogs, but the cleaning had apparently not been completely thorough! Everything else did seem clean, though. We’re staying there again, because overall it was good!

Holiday Inn Express Greencastle an IHG HotelThe location, friendly staff, nearby park, attached restaurant, excellent free breakfast, and comfy room with fridge were all just perfect for us and our two pups. We will definitely stay here again on our way back!
