Great service

The room did have a few scratches on the wallS and pee stains on the carpets, but that is expected with a pet friendly room. The front desk help was great, very helpful snd friendly.

Great customer service

Our stay was very nice, even with the pandemic. Room was clean, no animal smells like a normal pet approved hotel.
I gave 5 stars because the staff were kind and the room was comfortable. However, the grounds were full of dog poo and cigarette buds so I had to find a clean place for our puppies to do their business, to avoid any dog sickness or humane dirtiness. This I blame on customers who are too lazy to clean up after their dog and themselves. It is a shame how so many people in our world are uncaring of our earth and the next person or animals.
