Disappointing Service

It was awesome to be able to bring my dog here, however, the housekeeping staff never made up our room (we removed our do not disturb sign by 10:30am) and we came home late that evening to an uncleaned room. My dog had gotten sick on the sheets so we really needed a linen change. When I called the front desk, it rang and rang necessitating me going to the lobby in person. There was no one at the desk and the phone was ringing and ringing. Finally an employee came out and apologized profusely. There was only this one employee working that evening and he had to handle any problems as well as the front desk. I was given sheets and towels, but had to make up my room myself. I am fine with that, but not for $175 per night. The employee did discount my bill slightly for our inconvenience which was appreciated. Otherwise, the room was nice and it was an easy property to have a dog stay in.
