Wonderful experience
Fountain of Youth Archaeological ParkGreat for the family especially if you have kids. We got our dog to drink from the fountain of youth and that alone was worth it. The gardens they have are wonderful and there's peacock's all over walking around. I'll warn about the cannon they fire off. If your dog is skittish it might scare them when they fire it! staff was great with taking pictures
Laid back during day, loud at night
The Backyard at Meehan'sWe stopped there twice during our stay. Once at lunch time and again later at night. During lunch we sat outside at the bar area immediately the bartender came out with water and greeted us. Good drinks and the food smelled great. We later showed up during nightime, probably their most busiest time of night for them we found seating they had by the wall and the people passing by kept the dog busy, and again they had water easily available. The only reason why the 4 bones is because if your dog needs to potty the closest grassy area is about a block away. And it was kinda loud
Super close and really accommodating
Marion Motor LodgeWe book it mainly because of how close it was. I called to make sure they had a dog friendly room available. Not only did they upgrade us to a larger room due to our dog size but they reduced the price to offset the dog fee. The rooms were all newly renovated and easy to clean if your dog makes a mess (our bodhi tipped over his food and water) we loved how close it was for our walks and it's on the more quiet side of town so it kept him more calm during our stay at night.
