Did not meet expectations
Wingate by Wyndham Galveston East BeachThere was very little green space for our dog. The little bit that was there, was covered in trash. There was an attempt to make the room clean, but the large spot of mold on the ceiling was hard to ignore. The outside of the building was in poor shape, with caution tape in some areas. The pictures for the hotel need to be updated. The rooms do not look this nice. This was a disappointment.

Close to a great dog store.

Awesome place
Tipsy Turtle Seaside Bar & GrillAfter a long day of traveling, we stopped here, hoping to get a bite to eat. Although they were 30 minutes from closing, they welcomed us and served us a great meal. They gave our sweet dog a treat and a bowl of water. Definitely a must stop on your trip to Galveston!
