Nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. A real treat not to have to pay extra for our dogs. We had to change plans halfway through our trip and the staff helped out and assisted us. Even canceled our second night without any charges. Thanks!

The only things keeping the score from being a 5 are somewhat minor, but adds irritation when there should be none. 1. There were no towel racks in the bathroom. Where do you hang you towel; are you supposed to drip water everywhere and retrieve it from the wall above the toilet? No, a towel rack at the shower door is necessary. 2) there was no door handle on the inside of the toilet door. We had to leave the (very heavy) bathroom door slightly open at all times just to get out because there was no inside door handle. 3) Tried several times to contact the front desk and we never got anyone to answer. The phone just kept ringing? 4) Couldn't get the TV to work with the remote. 5) the room looked unfinished. Ceiling was rough with seams showing, the entry door had a roughly installed new maglock (the door needs replaced, it had been "jimmied" open with a pry bar and it looked as if the frame was replaced, but you can see the metal bending at the door latch. However, the door positively locked and sealed.
