Clean And Restful
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Port Orange / DaytonaNeeded a hotel night with my 45 LB mixed breed, well-behaved dog. We were still in travel mode having just acquired a new property in the area. I knew about this location so a quick call directly to the hotel confirmed a members’ rate and upgrade to a newly remodeled suite.
I couldn’t have been more pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and room. Staff was professional and friendly. We used the stairs from second floor to access outside exit for potty breaks which was very convenient. Got a great night’s rest!
Decent area to walk dogs with fast casual restaurants and stores in same complex but there are many close by services. The I-95 traffic noise minimal. Easy on/off highway.
Nice Place
Residence Inn Tallahassee North/I-10 Capital CircleHad two good stays here recently. My 40 LB. pup enjoyed the property’s ample walking areas. Quiet. Excellent customer experience. Very good breakfast. Bathrooms could use updating. Overall nice, clean property. Convenient to highway and shops. Marriot is not really pet friendly hence the exorbitant $100 fee. I feel they’re short sighted as we pet owners are a big market segment but some pet owners ruin it for the rest of us with their irresponsible habits.
So So In Jackson
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jackson AirportThis LQ is on a spit of land did not provide any appropriate pet walking area. The hotel had been “updated” but it was dirty and had a room freshener spray smell everywhere. Even the elevator was gross. No pride at this property. I declined to use the shower and skipped breakfast. Am I picky? Well —yes! Do I make sure to pick up after my dog? Absolutely. Sorry others are sooo irresponsible as it ruins it for the rest of us. Re-routed my return to avoid this location.
