Disappointing Experience

Indigo Inn

We found this hotel through BringFido over 5 years ago and have been repeat customers since. We have taken our dog here multiple times a year. After this past experience there though, we will never return and will never recommend this hotel to any visitors, with or without dogs. When we arrived, there had been some miscommunication during the booking. There was no record of us booking a dog friendly room. This was upsetting, and fortunately for us, we were able to send our dog to a family’s house outside of town. But for anyone without a place to take their dog to, this would have been even more upsetting. The real issue we had was with the service, with Robert at the front desk. He was rude and condescending. The hotel did nothing to make up for miscommunication, and could care less about our pet and our feelings about the entire situation. Not dog lovers. No empathy. Sadly, we will not return.
