Plenty good enough
Clarion Hotel PortlandNothing fancy. Straight forward clean cheap hotel. Was worried it’d be loud with the airport right there, but didn’t hear anything. The housekeeper did knock on the door 2 hours before checkout which was irritating, but she was very nice. All in all, good cheap dog friendly option.

Off Season
Ashworth by the SeaThe room itself was nothing spectacular, but the ocean view room provided a full view of the ocean and the beach. We were able to watch the sunrise from bed. The pet fee is a bit much, but with off season prices it still ended up being around $100 a night, and the view from the balcony alone was worth that to us. Plus you can enjoy off season Hampton Beach without all the crowds and the cheesy souvenir shops everywhere.
