Very Nice with One Major Problem
Hyatt Place Lakeland CenterThis hotel looks great and would be very comfortable except that it has a problem with humidity and mildew. It's more obvious in the warmer months than in the winter.

Convenient Hotel
Kimpton Brice Hotel an IHG HotelThe hotel staff was pleasant, and the hotel was very convenient for traveling with dogs and walking around River Street. The parking garage and grassy areas were very close by.
