Not friendly to pets(or people)

Upon check in, the motel had none of the reservation info correct, except the number of rooms. The manager was rude about my having dogs(and kids). He told me that my dogs had to be in the crate the entire time. The hotel was not clean, and the walls were extremely thin, and the other occupants very loud. The dogs were only allowed to be in one of the 2 rooms we paid for, and that room smelled badly.
