Overnight Stay
Comfort Inn South OceanfrontThere is an area right out front for a bathroom area. Dogs are not allowed to be left in the room alone. Dogs can only go on the beach at certain times of the year. Room with others that had dogs were on the 3rd floor.

Vacation
Hideaway Waterfront Resort & HotelThey took larger dogs and suite was all tile. Had a full kitchen. This is an older place. Small dog potty area. No issue with leaving pets alone. The beds were the old spring type and were awful. There was also a couple who spent all there time sitting outside there room. I wasn't sure if they were guest or if they lived there. Replace the beds and I would use again.

Vacation
Comfort Inn & Suites Sarasota I75We were on the 4th floor and the only time we saw someone else on that floor was our last night there. Outside pet potty area. No issue with leaving pets alone. We had a suite. Living area and bedroom was carpet. Bathroom and entrance was tile. Room was clean. The only issue I had was that you signed some pet rules and it stated that if there was a issue and they couldn't get hold of you animal control would be called to remove the pet. We did not leave them for more then a couple of hours.

One Night Stay
Best Western Charleston InnWe stayed one night traveling through. No issues with the pets. There is a dog area which could use alittle attention. Room was clean with exception of dust on lamps, not a big issue for me. I would stay again.
