TERRIBLE
Super 8 by Wyndham Indianapolis SouthWe are used to unperfect hotels but this was beyond ridiculous. Rude staff, unmade bed, walls with unmentionable stains, hall smells like sewage, room smelled like urine, no shower curtain, mold everywhere in all different colors (pink, green, black), TV did not work, no cups or trash bags. We were finally given a different room after the many back and forths with the staff and it was much nicer but the hotel in general must have a plumbing problem because it all smelled very sewage like, yikes. Try not to look at the pool as you park because it is offensive they would allow it to look so disgusting even if it’s unusable. They do have grassy areas for the dogs but there is trash everywhere so be careful while walking your pup.

Not surprising but still disappointing
Olentangy Motor InnRude front desk staff that blamed me for not checking in correctly so I sat on hold with BringFido for 20 min trying to get ahold of customer service with no luck while they looked at me not trying to be helpful at all. After about 20 min they start typing on the computer and by goodness they found my reservation. We get to the room and it’s dirty, but we suspected by the walk up to the door. There was no shower curtain.. very odd. Towels were dirty, sheets had holes, price rates jumped the day we left from $75 to $359 for a football game.
