Mixed emotions

Staff friendliness is a 10. Room cleanliness is about a 7 mostly because maintenance issues appear to be rushed. Comfort is a 7 because pillows need to be replaced and AC units need some maintenance. It literally took all night to get the room cool enough to sleep. There isn't enough bath linen to adequately supply the rooms. Pillows suck. Groundskeeping is where this place loses. Negative 5. Blown garbage all around and the dumpster is outside the enclosure fencing. At least the elevator didn't smell. The bedding was very clean. The website said $10 per pet they charged $15

Great place if all you want is a bed.

The girl who checked me In on the 3-11 shift couldn't have cared less. She really should not be in a position that requires guest contact. I've spent 40+ years managing properties like this.

I called at 8pm,an hour after checking in, for a plunger. At 11AM wben I CBE led out it still had not arrived. There was an old Big Mac left in the microwave, a tub of something I didn't even want to touch left in the fridge, which was not turned on. The PTAC unit was not plugged in. No bath mat for shower. My white socks turned black from walking on the floor.

The woman on the desk in the morning was great listening to me, but all she could do was tell me to fill out a review and say I should be entitled to some compensation (her words).

Just not a pleasant stay.

Danger, Will Robinson! Danger!

Terrible curb appeal. Garbage and natural stull all through the parking lot and they're not even making an attempt to clean up. And there is a warning notice at the entrance from the Fire Marshall that you are staying at your own risk as the alarms do not work.

you get what you pay for

To say this is a low budget hotel is only scratching the surface.

To start off, this was a PREPAID reservation. We called TWICE to advise them we'd be arriving around 3 AM. When we did arrive at 3:30, they had cancelled my reservation. I had to pay for the room a second time after arguing with the night auditor for 15 minutes. Keep in mind I'm a retired hotel GM, so I kinda know a little bit about how this stuff works.

After finally getting to the room (it took him another 15 minutes to check me in), we discovered the sheets are worn so thin you can see the dirt and whatever else staining the mattress pad underneath. Lights are BARELY enough for you to see where you're going. Bathroom smelled of mildew. Door did not latch properly without being lifted or some kind of manipulation.

I will not recommend this place to anyone. I don't have time for that kind of mess. Stay away, or else beware!

Don't judge a book by its cover

This place is old. It looks old when you pull up. It caters mostly to weekly-type long term type rentals, people who are down but not out. Don't let that affect your decision to stay here. The place was VERY quiet, very clean and the beds and pillows were SO comfortable. I'm a 35 year veteran hotel GM, and I really enjoyed this place. I slept like I was home in my own bed.

Nice little place

Friendly staff. Very welcoming. You can tell the place is old but don't judge this book by its cover. CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN! No wait at all for hot water. Towels were what I'd have expected from a 4 star place.

Sweet, sweet property!

Well kept, and QUIET! Even though it is located right off I-80, we never heard a single road sound all night! Friendly staff (Natasha is top shelf!)
