Good location and area very pet friendly; would not return because...

They do not clean the rooms. I don't know if this is the policy for pet friendly rooms, but I was told by more than one housekeeper that they only change the garbage, the towels when you ask them to, as well as change the sheets or even make the beds. We kept everything as clean as possible but got a little sand on the floor. Room was never cleaned. We stayed a week, so to me, this is unacceptable. Other than that, all the staff was very friendly.
