Not Up to Standards

When I took a shower, the smoke alarm in the room went off, and I had to call front desk. They sent someone right over but told us there was nothing they could do about it and that it would stop ringing soon, which it eventually did. The bathtub didn't drain. This not what we have come to expect from a Residence Inn property.
