Awesome place!

Super clean rooms in a great location. Walking distance to downtown with lots of dog friendly places nearby. Hotel has rental bikes and a good restaurant/bar. Lots of charm with tiles and wood floors. Beautiful place! Rooms were quiet and my dog had a great time. Will stay here again when I’m in the area.

Affordable but not a great nights sleep

The place was affordable and in an ok location (easy access to freeways, easy to find). But they didn’t have a great spot to walk my dog so he went near the parking lot. The bed was incredibly old and uncomfortable. Musty room.

I would not recommend staying here for multiple days, but if you’re doing a road trip and need a quick place to stop it was safe and affordable.

Great hotel but ruff location

I stayed at the hotel during COVID-19 so I know my experience as far as taking advantage of the amenities was limited. No special treats, things closed, pick up food only etc. so not judging based on that. It’s a weird time.

The room was great - clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good design, and a fantastic view of the capital. Parking is either on the street or in the city hall structure.

But I did not feel comfortable walking my dog in the park area across the street due to the homeless population. I’d recommend any other solo female travelers book outside of the downtown area.
