Good Location
Motel 6-Nogales AZ - Mariposa RoadClean but very small, cramped room. Nowhere on property to take dog to potty other than the strip next to the parking. Near a lot of stores and some restaurants. We were in a non-smoking room, but the bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke, so the rooms on the other side of the wall must be smoking.

Not bad
Motel 6 Anderson CA - Redding AirportRoom was clean. Close to stores, gas station, etc. No place close to room to take dog out for a quick potty, but a decent area of town to take him for a walk.

Clean and Comfortable
Motel 6 Barstow CA - I15 and Lenwood RoadOnly negative was that it was on the second floor, which is weird for pets, and we had a lot of stuff to bring up. There is an elevator, though, so that was helpful. Nice grounds. Close to services and food.

TERRIBLE
Motel 6-Fresno CANot even one bone. Most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. Old food in fridge. Dirt and change in the corners of the floors. Bugs squished on walls. Door to bathroom didn’t work. Highlight was a tie between the cops coming for someone in another room and the gangsta rap blasted in the morning from two doors down. Just hoped to come out with my vehicle not stolen. No place even outside of the motel grounds to take dog to potty. Scary area. Would’ve run screaming but everywhere else was full and they would’ve charged me almost the room rate to cancel. A big nope.
