Changed

We've stayed here before and it was wonderful but this time we changed to a new hotel nearby. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and wouldn't cool off. The person up front was great but she wasnt able to do much but try other rooms. The beds have gotten old and hard in all the rooms we looked at. Apparently the hotel has been under new management since last October and so anyone I mentioned to about the rooms, they said they've been hearing the same from others. It's such a shame because it's so beautiful and was one of the ways we could afford to go to Hilton Head Island. Now we may have to cut our vacation short because of the unplanned larger expense of staying elsewhere. Even my dog and cat were miserable at Red Roof Inn.
