Good Spot For Dogs
Jekyll Island BeachThis beach isn't the prettiest of beaches, but it is clean and the sand is hard packed so it's easier for your pups to walk on the sand. Only 4 stars because in order to access the beach you have to navigate your pup over rather long and tall stairs. This made the trip difficult for our senior pup. We later saw that some access points had ramps, but our house was very far from those. They do require leashes and you'll frequently pass other pups walking on the beach.

River Street Dining with Dogs
The Cotton Exchange TavernOne of the good things to come from COVID is a lot of new outside dining spaces. We were very happy to learn that we could now eat at the Cotton Exchange with our pups. This place is my favorite spot to grab a Bloody Mary in Savannah, and now I can do it with my pups!

Very Fun Stop
Abe's On LincolnWe stopped here with our corgis as we were walking to dinner. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they welcomed dogs. We stopped for a beer and a shot on their patio while our dogs said hello to all the locals gathered there.

A Dog Lover's Dream
Kimpton Brice Hotel an IHG HotelThis place is the bomb. We've been going to The Brice for many years now. Our dogs are always welcome there. The hotel can provide you with dog beds and bowls upon request. The staff are very friendly and they will be happy to assist you and your pooch. There's plenty of parks nearby for walks. The hotel has a 'happy hour' that really turns into a 'yappy hour' in the courtyard as everyone brings their dogs out to socialize.

Very Friendly!
Treylor ParkThe patio space is small, but they were very accommodating to our 3 corgis. They were quick to bring water and they even hooked them up with dog bones from the Wolfgang Bakery. The tables are all high tops and the flooring is all brick. Bug spray isn't a bad idea, downtown Savannah can be very 'buggy'.
