Pet waste service downhill since new Ownership

If I could give zero stars I would.
NEW MANAGEMENT is the reason for the demise of this company.

Scooperdude was an excellent company when it was started and ran by the original owner Grady. He was awesome and the team working with him was awesome. If there was an issue with a pet waste remover he was able to correct the problem. Grady was always pleasant to work with-

Suzanne his niece and I believe Rob her husband took over the business. Since this occurred a couple of years ago, Suzanne made changes with payment methods numerous times. Quite confusing for the customer. But that was not the main problem. Suzanne does NOT have customer service skills, nor does she care about the customer.

I had a WONDERFUL woman Vicki who worked for Scooperdude- for a long time- Over months she always was friendly and did an awesome job. She left a few months ago for another endeavor, planned to return however she changed her mind. She was a friend at that point and I was happy for her.

THE ISSUE: since Vicki left almost every week I had to go in the yard and pick up my 5 dogs pet waste because some were missed. The policy is a credit for the week's service. That is fine however if the problem is ONGOING- the leader Suzanne is not taking the opportunity to educate the team members.

Today I was beeped and the text indicated Scooperdude completed their service. Because of numerous pet waste misses- I went outside and found 2 large poops in the yard. Not far from my patio. I contacted Suzanne- asked who was at my home this morning and sent her pictures.

She wrote back and said she could not serve me any longer. She also told me SHE was the person who came today. She has skipped weeks during the time she was "covering" for Vicki and when Vicki was away one week before she resigned- she asked me (always bringing my dogs treats!) if anyone was here the week before because she had double the waste- this occurred twice during Vicki's tenure. The past couple of months a young lady was coming. Unfriendly and missed almost every week- I felt awful having to report misses to the owner Suzanne- and skipped many weeks and picked up the poop myself.

I am sad to lose this type of service- and it is UNFORTUNATE that the service has significantly failed. Sadly I believe Scooperdude will go out of business.

Be careful if you are using them- and if you need this type of service keep searching. I am doing that after I submit this- God Bless and hug your dogs!!
Excuse the picture of poop- this is one of the dumps left in the yard. As an elderly woman waste is difficult for me to pick up- I am sad to see the demise of what WAS a wonderful service.
