Good location off highway

The location was good for easy access on and off the highway. Woman in the lobby was very friendly. My big deduction of "bones" is the room. It smelled like a cigarette ashtray even though the whole hotel is non-smoking. There also appears to have been a small fire in the room. The walls were sooty, the tv was partially melted, the remote didn't work, and the overall condition of the room wasn't very clean/well kept. The sheets were clean, but the duvet had stains. The room was small, but I wouldn't have minded if it wasn't so dirty and run down. I didn't make an huge fuss since we were only in it for about 12 hours while we slept during a long roadtrip.
