Yes, dogs are welcome... but wouldn't bring them or my kids there again.

Best Western Plus Zion West Hotel

The rooms were unacceptably dirty. 13 pieces of garbage/food on the floor. We spent more time taking trash out our pet's mouths than resting. The furniture showed damage and a lot of wear. This of course makes me very wary because if they don't care about the appearance of the room... how clean is it really? If it were not 100+ degrees out, we would have had our dogs sleep in their kennels in the Expedition. Replace management... We've stayed at 5 different Best Westerns this road trip and the other 4 locations did not double bill us, nor everyday since tell us that the billing would be corrected and to check our email. We never received anything in our email and now after 7 days, the billing has still not been corrected. They have been filled with excuses... different ones every time we speak. At the beginning you give them the benefit of the doubt, but now a week later and after staying at other Best Westerns where the managers explained how this issue can be easily corrected within 24hrs, solidifies the fact that this location has unethical/questionable business practices at best. If looking for the polar opposite of this location... Sawtooth Inn Best Western in Jerome ID. If we could have given them 100 bones, we would have!
