Excellent

Very impressed. Great location, well-priced rooms, no pet fee, and very friendly to pets. Incredibly engaged and friendly staff. Definitely should be your number 1 with a pet in downtown.

We also came during COVID and they were very accommodating to the new COVID norm. Hand sanitizer on each floor, distancing, sanitized rooms, etc. Very Impressed.

FYI they don't provide parking. It was a little disappointing for us to find out. But they do give you a 50% discount at a local garage. If you do some research you will find that almost all the other downtown hotels don't provide parking either (or they charge themselves) and the parking they provide with the city garages is very reasonable/competitive ($25 a night at the time of our visit) Still gets the 5 bone rating!

Its a place to stay, but not where you want to stay.

It works for a night or two. Especially if you are passing through and need something cheap. Or you just want something cheap close to Ohio State and won't spend a lot of time at the hotel. But the area the hotel is in is bad and the wifi didn't work. I wouldn't stay there again unless I was just passing through and just needed a bed for the night.
