I was underwelmed by the customer service and lack of caring

Room was okay, tub wouldn't hold water very well....fridge took for ever to get cold....now I discover when I wanted to heat up some food the cord to the microwave wouldn't even reach the plug in, I am not lifting it to the table...are you kidding me? And I had to ask yesterday for Kleenex. He said wasn't there any in the room? I said I couldn't find he said should have been on the back of the toilet. So, if I do a rating On bringfido.com It will state this. Otherwise it worked out for my needs for now.
The young lady during the day had no customer service skills. I had 40+ years of business mgt., customer service and quality control. Total lack of of listening/caring. No skills at all, anything was a imposition on what she was doing, ie; eating at check out time.
