POOR customer service

I walked to purchase treats food and shampoo, conditioners etc. As I stood in line I could see groomers grooming so I stood there observing considering them for a groomscheduling as I stood there one of the groomers girl with glasses whom I asked a question to and was ubrupt and dismissive in her response earlier, walked in and looked at me standing there and she began to say something to the other groomer young girl with black hair bun last table to the rightside of grooming station they then both looked at me then began laughing and talking to each other as they were looking at me. My daughter looked at them and asked what are they laughing at ....I then emailed corporate and they had manager call me whom called and addressed the other complaint that I seen an employer agitate a python while spraying it with a spray bottle I worked a Petco Glendale CA and cleaned moistened the terrariums we were trained to remove the reptiles and put them in a terrarium on our cart while we moistened the terrariums. I told her this was dangerous to customers that purchase these reptiles making them aggressive that may will attack customer. After the employee sprayed the python I went to window and it lunged at me thank God I was not buying it or took it out of box it would of bitten me. So the manager Areli totally dismissed the treatment and hurtful treatment of groomers. By addressing this only. Never would I purchase a potential pet from this store in particular not taking responsibility or properly train your employees is not acceptable.
