Only Ok For Overnight Stay

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and during our stay we had encountered a lot of unpleasant situations. Our room barely get cleaned or sanitized. Missing pillows even though we asked the front desk numerous times for extra pillows and everytime they always promise but never get extra until the last day of our stay. The front desk especially are rude, lazy and very unprofessional that need more training or schooling on how to interact with customer. We got called racist just for asking a room service. Housekeeping department did a good job they do what they’re told unless otherwise. Don’t stay longer than overnight you will see the true colors of most of the staffs.
