Dirty hotel, rude manager
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Savannah MidtownWe have stayed at this location multiple times over the past 5 years. It has never been great but it was at least an affordable option. Upon our last visit we found the room to be beyond what we would consider dirty. We wrote it off to you get what you pay for. Then upon having a medical emergency the facility manager was the rudest individual we have ever encountered in the service industry. This is saying a lot. Not only did we receive insulting treatment we witnessed the same to other guests. It was obvious that staff members were intimidated by this individual as well. My hopes are that Wyndham will read this review, terminate this individual and close down this facility until it can be properly cleaned and furniture that is extremely stained and saturated be replaced.
