Not Great

Sheraton Hartford South Hotel

Stayed from Monday to Friday. We were supposed to get a letter about how they were handling COVID. They said that 2 times, but we never got the letter. The room was adequate. Carpet was definitely not clean. Room is definitely aging. We have stayed in nicer Comfort Inns. Told us to put dirty towels and garbage in front of our room and they would collect them, but 8 hours later they had not. And, other guests started throwing their trash in front of our room! We had to call to front desk for supplies And it took 20-60 minutes for a response. Ate in the common area which didn’t seem clean (tables and chairs). Ice machine on 1st floor was broken. No special services for pets, but they are allowed. Totally overpriced.
