Welcoming staff
Holiday Inn Martinsburg an IHG HotelThe man at the front desk who checked us in was very kind. He explained how to get to the dog area and around the hotel in general(the layout is odd). He stated, " we just love them (the dogs) here! You're always welcome!
The room was clean, very adequate. If your dogs follow you to the bathroom...it'll be a little tight.

Quite comfortable
Holiday Inn Express and Suites Hagerstown an IHG HotelOddly, even though I booked through this web site, they didn't know that I had my dogs with me. We had to change rooms.
Rooms were a bit echoey; every little noise startled my older dog.
Room was very clean, beds really comfortable! No signs of previous pet guests.
Overall, good layover.

Very comfortable!
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Winchester VARoom was a bit roughed up, (paint chips on walls, some teeth marks on tv stand) but very clean, no bad smells, and really comfy beds!!
